Legal information

Terms, conditions and legal notice

The rules that govern our private chauffeur, chauffeur hire and parcel transport services.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1.Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the services offered by MASTER DRIVE – Chauffeur Privé under the MASTER DRIVE brand: passenger transport with a chauffeur, chauffeur hire by the hour or by the day, and transport of parcels and bulky items.

Any booking request implies acceptance of these terms.

2.Booking and confirmation

Requests can be made online, by phone or via WhatsApp. A request sent online receives a reference and an acknowledgement by email.

A request is not a firm booking: the booking is confirmed only when your chauffeur accepts it, which you are notified of by email. Your chauffeur may also decline a request, in particular if unavailable.

Customers agree to provide accurate information (addresses, times, number of passengers and suitcases, flight or train number) and to mention any special requirement, including travelling with children.

3.Prices

Prices are in euros, including taxes where VAT applies.

The fixed prices displayed apply to the routes shown, in a standard vehicle and within its capacity. “From” prices are starting fares. For any other journey, vehicle or special requirement, a quote is provided before confirmation.

The final price is the one stated in the confirmation email. Any change requested by the customer during the service (extra stop, change of address, extended duration) may lead to a price adjustment, which is communicated to the customer.

4.Payment

Payment is made on board on the day of the service or, when this option is offered, online after the booking is confirmed, through a secure payment page. A deposit may be requested. MASTER DRIVE never stores card details.

5.Cancellation and changes

A request that has not yet been confirmed can be cancelled free of charge from the request tracking page.

To change or cancel a confirmed booking, customers contact their chauffeur by phone, WhatsApp or email. The applicable conditions are specified in the confirmation.

6.Pickup and waiting time

The meeting point and waiting arrangements are specified when the booking is confirmed. For arrivals by plane or train, the flight or train number allows the chauffeur to follow the arrival time.

7.Passengers and luggage

  • The number of passengers and suitcases may not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle.
  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the vehicle.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or the people travelling with them.
  • Items left in the vehicle are kept and returned on request, at the customer’s expense where applicable.

8.Parcel and item transport

  • Customers describe the items entrusted precisely (type, dimensions, weight) and guarantee that they are properly packed.
  • Dangerous or illegal goods, animals and items requiring specialised transport are excluded.
  • Valuable items must be declared when making the request. The chauffeur may refuse an item that does not match its description.

9.Liability

MASTER DRIVE uses all reasonable means to provide the service in the best conditions and at the agreed time. It cannot be held liable for delays or impediments caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, such as exceptional traffic conditions or severe weather.

10.Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent by phone at +33 6 18 37 18 99.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator for amicable resolution. The mediator’s details are available on request.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
